How is a ‘threat’ defined in the system?
In Drone Radar, a threat is a grouped set of incidents that collectively represent a potential risk to your airspace or operation.
A threat is triggered by one or more of the following:
-
Intrusions: unauthorized entry into a Control Zone or Flight Plan area.
-
Conformance breaches: flying outside of authorized bounds, exceeding altitude limits, or deviating from a flight plan.
-
Authorization issues: drone flying without valid UTM approval.
These incidents are aggregated based on their proximity, timing, and severity, and assigned a threat level (Low, Medium, High).
