To which number and email is the alert sent?

Alerts are sent to the email address and mobile number linked to your personal account:

  • Email Alerts: These are dispatched to the email address registered with your account.
  • SMS Alerts: Notifications via SMS are directed to the mobile number provided during your onboarding process.

You cannot yet verify or modify these contact details through your profile. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to your organization's administrator for assistance.
