When will I receive alerts?
The Alerts tab displays notifications or gives warning
signs. It allows you to stay informed about important updates, changes, or
issues in a specified zone or flight plan that require your attention.
There are four alert types:
- Intrusion Alerts (Control Zones): When an aircraft or UAV (depending on the settings of the control zone or flight plan) intrudes the specified zone, an alert will be triggered and shown in the Alerts tab. Additionally, its icon will turn red.
- Flight Plan Alerts (If the UAV doesn’t comply with the submitted flight plan details or if unknown UAVs intrude your flight plan area)
- Expected Altitude Exceeded Alerts (If the UAV flies higher than 120m)
- Long Distance to Pilot Alerts (If the distance between UAV and pilot is >500m)
An
example of a UAV intruding a control zone, along with explanations of the
symbols, is given below:
In the alerts tab, you can directly access the
alert settings (⚙️ icon at bottom right of screen) to mute/unmute the sound of all alerts by clicking on the gear
icon in the Page Actions. If enabled, a beep will be played every 10 seconds if
there are active alerts
