Why do I receive an incident for some sensors and not for others?
We have the ability to enable or disable monitoring for each sensor. If we know that a sensor will be down for maintenance or offline for an extended period, we disable the monitoring to avoid spamming you with incident notifications. Once the sensor is operational again, monitoring will be re-enabled, and incidents will be reported as usual.
